Their embalming process was wonderful. My mother looked just like her picture we provided; down to the hair style that they had to cut and style a wig. My family in Georgia and Florida were impressed and happy she looked great as if she was normally sleeping. They shipped her well protected in her casket on the cargo plane that my mother didn’t require any touch-up by the receiving funeral home. The casket also was not damaged during shipment. They ensured her body and casket was respected as well. Flanner Buchannan is a great selection if you have a unique need or the usual process. They made the process smooth and easy as this is always a tough time for families to navigate.
