Back in July 2024 my sister passed away. We were given Landmark Funeral Home as a referral from another family member who had used them a few weeks before. As soon as my family and I walked in Amanda was in the office and greeted us and welcomed us in. We had asked for her for the information regarding pricing and other details for making the arrangements. As difficult as this was especially for my mother, Amanda was patient, empathetic, efficient and knowledgeable on the whole process. She is a busy person but always made sure she was responsive within a timely manner if not directly from her then from others whom she works with. All of our needs were met all the way to the cremation day and thereafter. Laura was another person we had interacted with and who also helped my family on the day of service. There was an older gentleman who was present on the evening of the service, and was very helpful and polite during clean up and giving us the time we needed when we closed the casket. Landmark Funeral Home was everything we needed and more. I was and still am very grateful and satisfied with their services and how everyone pulled together to make sure we had everything we needed during that difficult time. Thank you all for helping families and doing the work that it takes day to day on the hardest days for others and possibly yourselves!! Not everyone can pull off this job, we need more people like this in the world that can be so cruel. We will never forget you all.
