Recently had my husband’s funeral arranged through Lakeside in West Seneca. I worked with Charles and Joshua. They were amazing. They and their staff provided a comforting, personalized wake at the West Seneca location. My husband, who was a Viet Nam vet and later went on to work at and retire from VA in Buffalo, had what I’m sure he would have loved. The veteran and national honor provided was wonderful. I mentioned(and others agreed) that this was the perfect place for him to be remembered. The staff took care of everything down to the smallest detail to make this difficult time manageable and as stress free as was possible under the circumstances. They made sure every detail was done to our satisfaction and answered any questions we may have had. They offered advice and suggestions when requested, and we were unsure as to what to do but never pushed anything on us . Planning the final remembrance for a loved one is never easy but Lakeside showed compassion and professionalism throughout the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeside in West Seneca to anyone who wants their final wishes for loved ones done perfectly. They could not have done anything better.

My family was recently at the Lakeside Funeral Home on Union road for my mother's funeral service. They showed the utmost respect to my family and the care of my mother. They provided such a personal touch that made everything easier to help with my family's grieving process and the planning of her service. I personally took great comfort from the staff at this funeral home. I know they took exceptional care of my mother making it easier to say my final goodbyes to her. I deeply appreciated all they did for my family during this tough time in our life.

Everyone here did a really good job handling everything with my dads passing. Charles helped us initially through the entire process step by step with compassion and true concern. Joshua was kind and extremely caring. Every employee I spoke to was excellent and they handled everything respectfully. Thank you all.
