Giving dignity to the men and women he represented. Everything from the planning meeting to the program sheet, the video was beautifully done, having to set up an overflow area, the reception, to the delivery of plants, flowers, memory book the day after, EVERY detail was perfection. Lake Ridge recently handled my grandpa's service, and we couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and professional experience. The service was beautiful, and they truly did justice to his memory. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was taken care of with care and respect. Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers did the service for my dad in early June. I do not have enough positive words in my vocabulary to express how pleased our family was with everything. LeeAnn made the planning and our decision making the best it could possibly be. She was very patient and helpful as we decided on flowers and the songs we wanted for his video tribute. She went out of her way to set up the memory tables. They were beautiful, and we could tell much love was put into them. Laura did a wonderful job preparing my dad’s body. The smile on his face brought us so much comfort. Linda was incredible working the visitation. Sly and Julie were so kind to all of us at the cemetery. They were very patient as we said our last good bye’s to the patriarch of our family. I would like to say a special thank you to Santos and Val for all of their love and support .
