I don’t think there will ever be enough words to express how grateful I am to Jerry and the entire staff at Lacerenza’s. Having dealt with such a tragedy and difficult time, they made everything that much easier. From the first phone call with Jesse, to making the arrangements with Jerry, to setting times to pick things up/drop things off and to the wake and funeral which went perfectly, the patience and guidance that was shown did not go unnoticed. I did end up making some changes before the services and they were nothing but accommodating. I cannot say enough about how amazing they were. Thank you guys so much!

Lacerenza have been absolutely outstanding. I lost my son in April and they helped me throughout the whole process. From getting in touch to people in Reno, NV and getting him home to having a beautiful service and burial. They have been so accommodating, thoughtful, caring and emphatic. I could not have asked for a better place to help guide me in saying goodbye to him. Thank you. May god bless you all with much success.

For the first time I had to make arrangements for someone dear to me. Not knowing what to do I went to Lacerenza Funeral Home which was a close and local place. Thank god that it was close. I got to meet Jerry, Jesse, and Charlie. I felt more at ease at a tragic time. I felt a relief that it was cost effective and that Lacerenza funeral home would take care of everything. I didn't have to do much but the staff kept me in the loop about everything. I didn't feel overwhelmed. I was able to grieve the loss of a dear friend and not have to have added stress at the time. My Bestfriend passed away and he had no family in the states but he did make a lot of friends. It was decided to have a viewing here and send him back to his country the Dominican Republic to have a service out there and his burial. The Funeral home was very clean and nice. It felt welcoming. Charlie made everyone feel welcome upon arrival and as they exited. My friend was able to go back to his country and I had 100% trust in the arrangements made and with the staff. They did not disappoint at all. My friend was presentable here and in his country. I am so grateful to have Lacerenza Funeral Home in my community. I felt I had a place of healing and able to give a proper farewell to my loved one. The overall experience I rate a 5 out of 5. But to me I felt they were deserving of more. Thank you Jerry, Jesse, Charlie and Lacerenza Funeral for making it easy, welcoming, affordable, local, and sharing your space for people to mourn the loss of their loved ones.
