It is always stressful to deal with a death and making arrangements. Cremations of Connecticut was a true exception. I was able to do everything online at my own pace. There were a few phone calls, but they were brief. It was a very affordable and dignified arrangement. Even picking up the ashes was very simple.

I had a very positive experience with Cremations of CT in January 2024. Jerry the director kindly answered the long list of questions I had by phone; I then completed the online forms to start the process. The two employees taking care of the arrangements were very prompt and caring. The entire cremation process, including pick up from the medical examiner and return of the ashes, took approx. 1-2 weeks. The company is associated with an established funeral home in Stamford, where you can pick up the ashes and have additional services. The funeral home has a beautiful interior and does great work. The representative there (I believe her name was Anna?) was so sweet and informative; you can tell she puts a lot of genuine love into her job. While they are available by phone, the steps are done online via email and docu-sign, so the only downside is this may cause difficulties for those without basic computer skills. Their service and great demeanor made this difficult process much easier; I highly recommend the company. Thank you again!
