Our family has worked with Kreamer and Lum Funeral home in Jonestown for several family members, most recently my father. Dan officiated funeral services for our mother. He and his staff did an outstanding job guiding us through making arrangements as well as organizing things on the day of the funeral. We were nervous about our mother not looking like herself but her hair, makeup and clothing were perfect. The service was flawless and flowers were arranged beautifully. They were very empathetic and kind throughout the entire process. Hopefully we don’t experience another death for a long time but we definitely would use this funeral home again. Dan was very helpful and pleasant to work with and did not tire of our endless questions. He informed us of extra costs that we would have incurred if we would have proceeded with our original plans to have a Saturday funeral. Vicki is a great asset to the company with her behind-the-scenes, detail oriented duties. She did a great job of preparing the obituary, the guest book and cards, organizing the pictures for the video, etc. The entire staff were very professional, kind and sympathetic. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
