Mr. Pyles and his associates were extremely passionate and made my Father’s funeral a seamless experience. Their attention to detail and his and our wishes was wonderful. Everything was explained to and above our satisfaction with no stone unturned. Would highly recommend Rohland’s without hesitation!

The staff at Rohland Funeral Home are the most wonderful people and they are compassionate and caring from the first contact through the entire service period and are even there for you afterwards. Peter Pyle took total care of everything ; from retrieving the deceased, dealing with insurance, seeing a fitting casket spray was arranged for, the service, dealing with the National Cemetery - for a pre-deceased dependent child's cremation urn to be included, and following up on the placement of a new headstone(yes, he truly did it All!) More than a year later I called and Mary was so pleasantly supportive as I requested a copy of documentation I could not locate but needed for the estate closing. She looked up what I asked for and even told me what else I might need. She offered options for me to get the necessary paperwork and sent them to me. This I would say is not only the best funeral home and staff in Lebanon but one of the top in Pennsylvania. My thanks to all at Rohland's. You made an emotional, mental and physically portion of my life easier to get through. Thank you for the never ending support.

My father died around the holidays, he worked for a corporation so their offices were closed, causing delays for the insurance money. Rohland Funeral was relentless to get their money, calling me and my sister constantly. We were grieving, it was Christmas time and we had no control over when the money was coming in. We were very cooperative, even gave them the contact information for my father's insurance company which told them they weren't back until after New Years. This wasn't good enough. Rohland Funeral issued multiple threats, they said, and i quote "you want this big fancy funeral but cant pay for it, so we will cancel it" (we picked all the basic stuff, except for the catering). I felt like I was dealing with the Mafia, or owed money to the Cartel. I'm sorry my Dad died right before Christmas, and y'all had to wait 2 weeks to get your money.
