Using Knight Funeral Home was one of the best decisions I made after my husband passed in July. He had made it clear that he wanted a simple cremation with a Celebration of Life once our family was ready. This was my first time using Knight Funeral Home in Windsor, VT. I wanted to move my parents' cremains from the plots in Ascutney Cemetery to my plot in the Plainfield (NH) Cemetery. I really did not know how I would go about this, especially as I now live in Massachusetts without transportation to the Upper Valley and two states were involved in the move. Carly Jennings of Knight managed everything for me, from getting cremation certificates, coordinating with the town of Plainfield as well as the Ascutney Cemetery staff, and arranging for me to sell back the plots in Ascutney Cemetery. She did this all at light speed, always returning calls and keeping me informed, and always with the most pleasant manner. Carly even attended the exhumation of the urns, sent photos and called to let me know that my dad's urn had fallen apart and to provide me with options. She definitely went above and beyond anything I expected. I greatly appreciate Carly's kindness, efficiency and professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend Knight Funeral Home.

Knights Funeral Home went above and beyond from start to finish in the preparation of my Mom's Celebration on Life and burial. Susan was such a caring wonderful person who helped me from the beginning. She helped me with finding a perfect minister for my Mom and all the preparations. When she was unavailable everyone stepped in from coordinating the music to shoveling the dirt when the cemetery sexton could not. Excellent customer service, with so much kindness and compassion.
