Knapp- Johnson did an extraordinary job when my father passed. The kindness and care were outstanding. Don and his team were incredibly professional, and well organized. They patiently answered every question, communicated clearly with each step of the process, and were available to address any requests. My family will be forever grateful for all they have done and the immense compassion in which they did it.

When our father passed at the end of April Knapp Johnson handled all of the arrangements. There are not enough words to express the compassion, kindness and care they gave my dad and my family! In a very emotional time it was a blessing to have people that really do care. Everything from the time they came to the house to the grave side was taken care of. Don and his team were phenomenal from the get go when planning my father’s service! My mother wasn’t able to attend the service for medical reasons, and Don went above and beyond to ensure that she got to see my dad and say goodbye to him. Visitation and services went smoothly with the Knapp-Johnson staff. The special care they took in my dad’s preparation and service was beyond amazing!
