Marie helped set up the services for my brother and guided us through the entire process. She was kind, professional, efficient and warm. I absolutely loved her customer service and she was very well informed. Anything I would request, she would immediately work on it and deliver. If I had questions, she’d immediately answer my calls and emails. I have no complaints about her work ethic and her work in general. I would definitely recommend working with her. Amy was also very nice and professional, can’t say much about her because we hardly spoke because Marie was the one who handled our brothers services. The place was always clean and presentable. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because it was pretty warm in there during our service and it was stuffy even with the doors open. If they fix the conditioning issues or lower the temperature it will be 5/5 stars. If you read this Marie, thank you so much for your help and warmth. You were so friendly and kind beyond measure, you definitely deserve a raise and I hope they are paying you well, because you’re an exceptional employee and represent the mortuary well. I had 0 issues throughout my brothers service planning. Thank you guys for your service. If you’re planning a service here make sure to always ask all the questions - don’t wait or rely on them or any mortuary for information you’re “awaiting” just because you chose X as your funeral home. Ask, ask questions because sometimes it’s not the service or the place, it’s just bad communication or misunderstandings because a lot of the times people will say, “they never told me this” but you have to take the extra step of always asking what you’re not sure about. Personally this wasn’t the case with me because Marie was always so clear in regards to explaining things to us.

Very grateful for the service that was provided for my mom and also really like how the staff was sensitive to my family through these tough times they made it easier. Definitely left at peace and really liked the staff’s service, they were very helpful, my mom looked beautiful and the way they fixed the flowers arrangements that my family brought was also beautiful! Cards with her information was also great, thank you!

My father passed on a Tuesday so I went to the funeral home to finalize the services the same day, I was greeted by Amy Lizaraga who asked if I had an appointment, mind you that there were no other clients at the time so I said no I thought that when one dies you don't need an appointment so she reluctantly assisted me. She advised that their office had no space for my services so she referred me to a sister location. Two days later I called Amy to ask about the information regarding the services since my father would be buried on Friday and she asked if I had an appointment again, I said no but my family needs the information so I asked if she could please email it , her reply was " I don't have time now" I asked could you please email it now because I don't even know where the other funeral home is located, she refused to even relay this information to me, I asked to be transferred to the receptionist so she could assist me since she was having a bad day and she refused, so I drove to the office and no one came to the door nor answered the phone. I was furious and tried calling another office which I did and they apologized for her behavior. Amy Lizzaraga has no empathy nor compassion she needs to resign since she lacks professionalism. Mind you my parents had paid for their services over fifteen years ago that's why I believe she was upset because she received no commission. Please avoid dealing with her. Thank you for reading
