This mortuary has a nice atmosphere and in some ways it does seem inviting and that they are here to serve you. I had a situation where I had to ask to work with another funeral planner because she didn't really treat me right as she should have, making remarks about me behind my back. So I started to work with someone else. Then when it was time to send my loved ones death certificates, they allowed the lady that I requested not to work with anymore to send the certificates to me, well needless to say she intentionally folded them and creased them and purposely sent them in an unprotected envelope. I reported this, and spoke to a supervisor named Karen. She assured me that they would replace the death certificates (but why did they let the other person send them in the first place? Makes no sense to me). Since then they have not kept their word. When I call they are giving me the runarounds. They did me pretty DIRTY and they never did replace those death certificates. So please beware of this place because they still have not made this right. And the funny thing is, I paid them for all service upfront, I didn't play games with them when it came to giving them their money, THAT'S THE THANKS I GET.

I was really impressed with Jackie’s compassion and professional skills. Linda did a awesome job on my grandmothers obituary. Khemare Has great customer service, and good organization skills. My grandmothers Service was beautiful and organize. Thank you The Turner Family February 22, 2021

I would never use this Mortuary again my family has been using this for over 35 years The older woman Jessica was very unprofessional she gave us 2 different contracts with different prices she also took pages out the family sign book and gave them to my family after we paid fot the book .I feel my niece was disrespected and our Family I'm very upset about no response from Directors. I've spoken with the Bureau and will be speaking with an Attorney tomorrow. Please Do not take your family there .We just buried my niece last Friday 7/24 20.We had family and friends sending donations and i don't think we received all of it.Im just being honest with you there supposed to treat black with respect.Were trying to support our black owned business and there trying to rip us off.
