I recently called and spoke with April Roberts. Wow, she was exactly what I needed in that moment!! I have never been so impressed with someone’s customer service. I have loved ones at East Lawn & Rivermonte and April helped me find them! She got me in touch with Jeff and they both had some really great information. Soon we’re going to be interested in securing our after life plans everything that entails, and I will ONLY speak with April, she’s the only person I want to deal with after I or my mother pass. She is truly a blessing.

I've used White Chapel twice. First for my husband in 2019 and then Klinger Cope White Chapel in September 2023 for my son. Both experiences were amazing. The staff, the service and the burials were professional, thoughtful, and respectful. Taylor has been amazing and accomplished everything we have requested. I pray I don't need their services anytime soon but if I do I will definitely use them again.

I have always had great service from Andrea, who handled my son's funeral 15 years ago to Debbie Stafford, who handled my husband's 8 years ago to Mike, who just recently handled my mom's. I tell everyone I know how wonderful the people who work for Klingler Cope truly are. I wish more people were like them.
