I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful blessing was bestowed upon us with just a simple phone call. But I'll sure try. Today marks 30yrs since my Dad passed. Mom joined him in 2011 and I've carried their ashes with me since they were given to me. Their wishes were to have their ashes released into Redondo Beach in CA when my brother and I could find it an appropriate to come together. Well, reality has made it unlikely to down right impossible for us to come together to finalize their wishes so the right thing to do, at this 30 year mark, is to get them to Redondo Beach however we could. A simple phone call to this fine business asking about urns for mailing and they took every bit of any responsibility off our hands. Just so you all know, there are rules for mailing cremated remains. They should be followed. I contacted them and they were happy to be part of our efforts to finalize mom and dads wishes. Their kindness was so warm and outstanding. I would recommend this business for any of the difficult decisions we are one day to face. I can assure you, they will make this so much less difficult at an already difficult time. I could never thank you enough.

My brother and I lost our mom we had to do the hardest thing we didn’t know where to start we were so lost but our church, James River recommended midwest, cremation and funeral home.They say when times are hard, God will guide you, and that he did Midwest cremation, and funeral home staff made us fill so comfortable under the circumstances. They let us work at our pace. They were so understanding and compassionate. My brother and I felt like they knew our mom they did everything perfect. She looked so beautiful her makeup her hair look just like when she did it. They nailed it. Everything couldn’t have been any better than it was. They went over and beyond our expectations we want to think the staff at Midwest cremation funeral home for making this possible they gave us beautiful memories during this hard time. Thank you. My mother unexpectedly passed away last month and Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services did an outstanding job assisting my me and my family during a difficult and sensitive time as we prepared for my mother's service and burial. Missy and her team were very thorough and answered all of our questions. We were also able to have my mother's service at the Elfindale Chapel which is what my mom would've wanted as her relationship with Christ was foundational in her life. I am so grateful to the staff at Midwest. They had very cost effective options and I highly recommend them.
