Had my father's service held here yesterday. They were wonderful. Josh made the process so easy and low-stress. So accommodating. Every concern we had, Josh got back to us via telephone or email almost immediately. And then the day before and day of the service, Josh and Shawn took care of every worry we had. Couldn't be happier with how the service turned out. Awesome. 10/10 would recommend. Big thank you to these guys!

The service of picking up my brother from the assisted living facility and the having the cremation was good. Funeral director immediately returned phone calls. Cremains shipped in a timely manner. I would not recommend having the prearrangement funeral if you are not of the Christian faith. They use only one insurance/ funeral director to sign you up for the prearranged funeral plan. This person knew my family was not of the Christian faith. After the death he sent an inappropriate letter of condolence to me. The letter referred to the gospel of Jesus and being baptized. I sent a letter to the owners of the funeral home expressing my concern and how much it upset me during this vulnerable time.There was no response

Klecatsky and Sons in Eagan was where we sent my husband when he passed. They were so respectful and kind during the most diffult time in my life. They handled a challenging family situation with grace and made the whole process easier. I would recommend them to anyone who is going through the tragedy of losing a loved one because they will treat you with dignity and compassion and be sure your loved one is put to rest respectfully.
