The members of this establishment have been a wonderful bunch. When we lost our beautiful boys Kirby and family were there to help and support us with our needs. They made sure everything was taken care of. Everyone was professional and supportive. I want to give a big thank you to Abby for being so supportive, caring, and helpful to my husband and I during this difficult time. When we first met with Abby she made sure every detail was explained out to where we understood. Abby helped guide us through the most devastating decisions. She arranged the most beautiful funeral and picked a beautiful spot for our son’s final resting place. Abby ensured everything went according to our wishes and plan. There’s no words to describe how thankful we are for Abby and what she’s done for us. Lastly, Sharlet we want to thank you as well. Sharlet coordinated our son’s headstone and guided us to create the most memorable and perfect headstone for our sons. She made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and ensured that everything was placed correctly. She made the process easy and for that we thank you. This business will forever be our greatest decision. I’m glad we chose Kirby and Family to take care of our sons. We truly appreciate anyone and everyone who helped with them. I dreaded having to plan my husband's funeral. Tom and Heather guided me through the process with compassion and didn't push me in any direction. They listened really well and then offered options that made for a beautiful service. Tom and Heather gave me a gift that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I am forever grateful.

Kirby helped us with pre-plan and pre-pay for both my parents in Oct 2023. Mother passed at Christmas, Father passed 2 months after Mother. The family are all out of state.
