We lost our mother over a decade ago and had a different business for the funeral and were left with a lot of paper work and I was overwhelmed with the whole experience, we recently lost our father, and the staff were all so kind and helpful. It was so easy and they did so much so I wouldn't have to worry about it that all the way to the day of the service I felt I was forgetting something, but wasn't because it was already done for me. Bryan and Karen were both so warm and allowed us to set up with everything we'd wanted to bring as well as how we wanted and even supplies refreshments. We couldn't have been more thankful to each person there.
