If zero stars was available I’d give that. Handled a funeral for my mother. Had a prepaid policy to cover expenses. Prior to funeral my brother and I had gone over everything covered and cost. Was told everything would be covered except the internment cost. 8 months after burial called to find out about marker stone placement and found out that they never ordered it with the people at the cemetery. Never a phone call. Spoke to Tom, and was told there was one 780$ remaining for the stone from the policy after being told it would be covered. A week ago asked Tom for copy of policy and amount, as well as a breakdown of cost for service. Stated he would send it right out. That was 6 days ago and nothing. Do not trust these people to take care of anything.

Tom, Jill, and staff provided outstanding service in my family's time of need. From the initial intake to the final prayer, our needs were more than adequately and respectfully met. Both of my parents were entrusted to the Kinnick family, and my sister and I are most appreciative of everything they have done. Our 5 star rating is but a small token of our gratitude. Thank you.
