I have had the opportunity to deal with Mr. & Mrs. Reardon, their son Terrance as well as Kristina and JeriLyn; each and every one of them really were put on this plant to care for people in what is most likely one of, if not the worst time in their lives. Kindhearted, compassionate, respectful and organized are a few words that come to mind when I think of them. Thank you for what you do for the families you serve.

The staff at Higgins-Reardon were so helpful with planning everything for my mother’s funeral. They are professionals and completely understand how to handle and adapt to complex situations. The entire staff was wonderful to work with but I have to give a special shout out to Sister Pat. She was so caring and thoughtful and really went above and beyond to help our family during such a difficult time. While I’m sure most funeral homes will show some level of caring, the staff at Higgins-Reardon really understand empathy and showed a sense of caring and helpfulness beyond the standard. I highly recommend them.

I had a horrible experience at a different funeral home. I showed up at Higgins 5 minutes before they were scheduled to close upset and desperate for an appropriate urn for my moms ashes. All five women working, including the owner, ran around to find me a suitable urn to take my mom home. They chatted with me and took the time to ensure I was happy, despite the late hour. I can’t express how wonderful they were and how grateful I am for their kindness. This is what a funeral home should be. Ten stars!
