Regrettably, I've attended numerous funerals, and I've never encountered "born and died" on a program. I've seen variations like "sunrise and sunset," "born and departed," or "transition," but never the word "died." The program we received required several grammatical edits; unsure who handled the proofreading, but there was an oversight.

I would recommend using Kimbrell-Stern. Jay went above and beyond to make sure that my mother's funeral was exactly the way she wanted it. When her pastor refused to preform the ceremony as she wanted, Jay was able to have one of their pastors step in and everything went as planned. Jay was there from day one and even helped us three months after the funeral. The only thing I will worn you about, if you order flowers off the website DON'T use Petal Pushers. They don't pay attention to the funeral date and my mom had dead flowers at the funeral because they sent them 2 weeks early. Paula the owner is rude and unprofessional and won't return you calls. I recommend using Albany Floral - Lynn is the best.

They did both my parents funerals with the most utmost respect, and professionalism that anyone could expect. They were there for me before, during and after the services. Anytime I had a question about anything, I could call and get a friendly ,honest, helpful answer. That is rare these days ❤
