If I could give more stars I would. They did a tremendous job on my father’s memorial and funeral. We were afraid that we couldn’t find a funeral home that would accommodate our Asian customs and rituals. Robert and staff not only accommodated us but went beyond. Our family is very grateful to Kenneth Pollard Funeral for making this difficult time worry free. Even our families and friends who attended my dad’s memorial and funeral are very impress.

My mother died recently and she had arranged for Pollard's. Rob handled everything and he was amazing. He has a nice way with people and made us feel at ease and confident. The whole staff was great and the arrangements and funeral were beautiful. Rob was there every step of the way, returning phone calls & emails very quickly and paying attention to all the little details. It was beautiful and I highly recommend Pollard.

I've been to several funerals here, and they always do a great job. I really like the layout of the funeral home, as there are rooms to take children. There are many places to go if you need to get away or you're with toddlers who need to let off some steam and run around a bit. I actually got a flat during a funeral here and they were great about calling their AAA connection and had someone there in minutes! I'm getting cremated myself... but if you're in the need for a funeral home... they're great to work with.
