They have no ethics and zero integrity. They took my money and gave my mother's remains to her husband which is fine, but refused to refund me my $2,600 back which I paid out of pocket. When I told Robert Margraff I would be contacting a lawyer he CHUCKLED (If you can believe that) and said " I Didn't Have A Leg To Stand On.""
