While I appreciate Logan’s helpfulness in dealing with details for my dad’s service, i cannot help but share his lack of competency and responsibility in handling the most important details of the process and experience.Because of his lack of attendance to detail and communication, he allowed my dads ashes to be given to someone other than me. He was given multiple opportunities to correct the problem and did nothing.Attempts to resolve the situation were met with unreturned calls and communications, unsatisfactory interactions with staff and, at the end, no resolution. i cannot help but suggest you utilize other services avail in our area for better care in the most difficult of times.

Worst experience I've ever had in my whole life. They held my father for 15 days. Waiting for insurance not keeping me informed. When I would have been glad to pay the price? Do not take your love ones there. They're all about money. Very poor communications period.
