Zach Smith was so helpful with my Dad’s funeral planning. My sister and I had no idea what we were doing, on top of grieving, and he was absolutely fabulous and caring. Highly recommend and appreciate all they did!

Please note, the new name is Locke at Tower Park. At a time when your already feel at your worst and have no idea the next steps involved in the burial of a family member Zach at Locke was first class. He has a very organized and straight forward system and the atmosphere is comfortable and no longer has the funeral home look or atmosphere. I no longer am from waterloo and had no issues working with Zack via email or phone. He treated our lost one with great dignity and respect and handled all of our affairs from one location. The funeral and wake was as pleasant as they can be. The dining area they set up for our luncheon was first class with formal dining ware and plates,, the food was very good. I cant put a good or bad on costs because I nothing for comparison, but be prepared funerals are not cheap. I would recommend the crew here and will be investigating further for my own burial. My heart goes out to all families in the same situation but know this process is easier than you think. I also want to say "Garden of Memories" is another class act. The building does not have anything on the outside for funeral home and the inside provides a warm friendly environment with even a bar for a more open wake or funeral.

I have never dealt with such a rude director in my entire life! Michelle should be fired. Rude, disrespectful, condescending, and straight up unintelligent. It is hard enough to deal with a loss of a loved one, let alone have to deal with this kind of service. Please beware....this is NOT a place you want to take your loved ones, or a place you'd even want to call. I'm utterly disgusted.
