My complaint was when we went to the cemetery for my mother's burial, it was a cold November day out at the cemetery and the funeral director rushed us out of the cemetery and told us that we could go back to the church and have lunch where it was warm. The funeral director didn't let us have our quiet time of mourning our loved one because he was a big baby about being out in the cold. That really ticked me off. He had lack of compassion for mourning. In addition, at the church, the funeral director came off really pushy. Also, the Ridgeway funeral home looked outdated and the furniture and wood work looked worn out. It gave me the creeps.

I can't say enough good things about Hagarty Waychoff funeral home. When my brother died 4 months ago Chris has been nothing but amazing,the way he took care of my brother and then our family I don't think I could ever thank him enough. I know this is his job but he has went above and beyond for us and we will always be grateful for him and this funeral home. Thank you so much!

It's weird to give stars to a funeral home but I have to because they did such a nice job. We celebrated my grandma and it was beautiful. We had crazy kids running around and the people didn't yell at them, instead they were kind and gentle :) thank you for that. I was the mother of one of the crazies and I was having trouble keeping keeping her sane for 3 hours.
