While losing a loved one is never a pleasant experience, Chris and the Jowdy-Kane team made the entire process as easy as possible. We are a large family with a lot of factors and opinions, but we all felt heard, understood, and prioritized. The location is spacious and comforting, and they truly take care of every detail. Our entire family is still talking about Chris— from the moment he came to our home after my grandmother passed until the burial was over, he was nothing but supportive, patient, and kind. His presence immediately put us all at ease, and his professionalism allowed us to make incredibly difficult decisions more easily and confidently. He never made us feel pressured, rushed, or stuck, and has the patience of a saint. I do not know what we would have done this week without Chris, and am deeply grateful for his support. The celebration of her life was beautiful, they accommodated all of our wishes and specifications for the services, and it was all taken care of with such minimal effort on our part.
