Our family can't say enough about Cornell and their staff. From our initial meeting with Tania, through the details, the wake and funeral, they were so very helpful. Alfredo and his team were not only politely on top of every detail, he was always communicating next steps with professionalism and care. He and the team all displayed honest concern for our family at every step and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was done with grace and heartfelt kindness. We highly recommend Cornell.

Our family is very grateful to the staff at Cornell Memorial Home. Alfredo and Josh did a wonderful job with funeral and interment services today for my mother-in-law amidst an earthquake. They were caring, thoughtful and the service was very memorable. They provided comfort at a difficult time in our lives. We can’t thank the staff at Cornell memorial enough for the outstanding service they provided us during this difficult time. We travelled from Montreal Canada last week as my boyfriend’s grandmother was passing and once she did we waited for Alfredo and his brother to come collect her body and bring her to the funeral home and when I tell you they were beyond respectful, gentle and compassionate it’s an understatement. They handled her as well as the entire family with so much care. The day of the service they were there throughout the day providing us with anything we needed from water, mints, Kleenex and even opening the doors as guests came and went. They truly treated us like we were a part of their family and constantly made us feel comfortable and supported. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, you truly paid so much attention to the wishes of our grandmother to the T, she’d be very pleased with the outcome as are we. 10/10 would without a doubt recommend. - The Isaacs family.
