Because of my grandmother's wishes, we were not informed about the date of her funeral, wgich is fine, but when our family finally agreed that we had a right to mourn in our way, the owners of the home came up to us at the funeral and did their level best to make us feel awkward, including laughing and conjecturing about my grandmother's death, and they handed us a pamphlet which listed her grandchildren, but acted as though my mother, her only child, did not even exist. They made sure we felt awkward, because they are a small town place run by small-town, small-mind people who will do anything to keep the status quo in check. You get what you pay for, and if any other deaths occur in our family, we wont be paying these people.

They were very kind and helpful. The service was very respectful. I’m very pleased with the help they provided us in planning our loved one’s service. Ruth was great.
