The staff of Joldersma and Klein went out of their way to show kindness and compassion to me as a new widow, as well as to our entire family. They provided a sense of calm and clarity. They provided very efficient service at what I felt were very reasonable prices. They day of the visitation and service, the staff were unobtrusive but always present when needed, while showing tremendous empathy. From the initial phone call to the final invoice, they provided first class, caring service.
