The entire team, Robyn, Dan, Lucy, Thomas and Mary showed compassion, patience and care while guiding us through this difficult time. Even during a stressful setback, the team remained calm and positive while the situation was resolved. Robyn and Dan were always a phone call away. The chauffeurs and pallbearers were also amazing as they carried out their duties with precision, respect and grace.
