I am deeply grateful. They made the process simple for me and they were the second place I contacted! I had to deal with arrangements for a relative, alone, and traveled to Buffalo to do so. Their initial quote was exactly what I ended up paying, to the dollar. There were no "hidden fees" or inappropriate upselling shenanigans (which I can't say for many of the other funeral homes I contacted). Much to my relief, they were honest from start to finish.
