Don't use this company unless you want them to ask you to help them move your mother's dead body and then use your religion to try to guilt you into an upsale. Update: Marc Rush was very receptive to our concerns and assured us that this experience will not happen to anyone else. He made our mother's final arrangements far less stressful.

During the difficult time of our family's passing the staff at Jim Rush Funeral Homes were very patient and knowledgeable and truly cared about how we wanted to handle the service for each of my in-laws. My wife was very grateful for the continued assistance that Marc Rush did to make sure everything was taken care of. Because of the pandemic it took almost a year to get the death date on my mother in-laws marker, he persevered and put it on the marker himself when it finally was completed. This was completed before the one year anniversary and that was a huge relief for our family. Our whole family would like to thank the entire staff for their assistance during these past few years that our family has needed them.
