I see some negative reviews and their opinions are valid. I was not the owner at the time and hate that they were unhappy. As the new owner, we have maintained a noble presence in the community as well as remodeling to give a tasteful and pleasant atmosphere. We are a full service funeral home with our own crematory and are the most compassionately priced firm GUARANTEED! Locally/Veteran owned means that our community/country comes first, not a corporate board of directors.

My step-father passed away last year with no insurance and Jessen went above-and-beyond my expectations by working with us to find an affordable burial solution that would satisfy the concerns of family within Medicaid funding limits. They ultimately offered a better burial for our loved one, they were understanding and patient as we determined what would work best for us, and ultimately they were very sincere and caring when we interacted in person.

Horrible. Horrible Horrible in every way possible. They are very disrespectful and money hungry. Just because family four generations back were good morticians, does NOT mean a thing! They LAUGHED at my requests and belittled my child in so many ways. I wouldn't trust them to bury my goldfish! The one regret I have as a parent is that I picked Jessen to lay my child to rest. Do yourself a favor, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!
