The staff at this funeral home made a sad and difficult situation harder, my family and I had to push to have our requests fulfilled at every turn. Although a few staff members were very nice and supportive. One was very rude, unprofessional, and lacking in customer service skills. We could only meet at night, even then they showed up late for scheduled meetings. The obituary had misspelled words and the spacing was off, of course we requested corrections (which they initially wanted to change us for). After making the requested changes, they still passed out the incorrect obituaries. We were never placed on their site for out of state family to view and/or send flowers. I would not recommend this funeral home. They are extremely overpriced for the services provided, they take advantage of you during your time of grief. The only thing they did do well was, they made our "loved one" look really good. We are thankful that we had family members that were clear-headed enough to guide and assist us as we were grieving.

Mr. And Mrs. Gaffney along with their staff offered exemplary services for my mother’s funeral. Anna, the FH’s coordinator was compassionate and kind and helped eased a lot of our worry and stress in planning. Special attention and care was shown at every turn- programs, special guest accommodations, ease on streaming service for loved ones that could not attend - our family was very pleased with how every detail was handled with care and dignity. We will never forget the personalized treatment we received at JC Gaffney FH - thank you so much Mr. And Mrs. Gaffney for all you did for my family during this tough time!

Ruined my grandmother’s funeral because they were more focused on getting paid than the quality of their work. The obituaries have many noticeable mistakes on them, the prayer cards were wrong and they tried to rush us through the viewing and the service. The funeral home provided the immediate family with transportation to the cemetery but quickly took it back when the mistakes were pointed out. I don’t know what happen to their high quality service but it has gone way down hill. Fix it Jesus!
