My father passed on March 1st, and we went through Jenkins because of how well they handled his parents' funerals. When the unfortunate time came that we had to finalize everything for him, Andrew was wonderful. He was very kind and supportive, and never treated us like we were just customers. He helped us work within our small budget to find the perfect casket, made sure my father got the military sendoff he deserved, and also attended the service as well. My mother is now setting up for our future needs there, so that when the times come (hopefully not for many years), we'll already be prepared, which will make things so much easier. My husband of 45 yrs recently passed away. Jim, Andrew, and Ryan at Jenkins walked me through all of the different choices, arrangements, and decisions I had to make with compassion. My husband looked very peaceful at the visitation which I was very grateful for. They made all the arrangements for his burial at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman complete with military honors.
