I cannot say enough nice things about Louis James and his funeral home. I am posting this before we even have the services because I am so impressed. I just lost my brother unexpectedly. Of course, I am going to support and help my sister in law and niece with this whole process. From the first call, Louis was kind, empathic, caring and sincere. His funeral home is beautiful and immaculate. The whole process of selecting my brother's services was made immensely easier by Louis. He had lots of choices and was so obliging with everything. He went way above and beyond to help us out and make the process so much more painless. I could talk for days about how great he is, but I'll just sum it up and say, if you find yourself in the tough spot of needing funeral services for a loved one in that area, then it has to be James Funeral Home. So many things to say, I am not sure where to start. From the moment we called Louis James Funeral home and Cremation Service PC, to obtain information of his business, Mr. Louis James personally answered our call and all of our questions and concerns. When the time came for his services to be needed, he did not disappoint us or hesitate to help us. He was there for us every step of the way and even went above and beyond his call to help us in remembering the life and legacy of our father.
