My family highly appreciates working with Shayna, Joey, & Cheryl through my father’s funeral process. They were patient, professional, and very respectful. They helped us with every step of the process and took the extra time to make sure that the small details were right. We could never be more grateful to you guys for making this as easy as possible for us.

My wife her sister and I were traveling through Rawlins Wyoming for a second time this year in our Class A Motorhome. We were heading toward home back east. My wife died unexpectedly of a blood clot that created a pulmonary embolism. I am still devastated from losing her after being together and married for 26 years. Joey, Cheryl, Rubin and their entire staff assisted me in every way possible through this entire process. They all were such a wonderful support to me that I desperately needed after losing my wife. Joey helped me write her obituary. He asked me all of the right questions and then wrote himself a beautiful obituary for her. Our entire family and friends loved what was written about my wife. She was loved by so many. Her obituary remains active for life on Jacoby Funeral Home website. I visit it continually. I had to leave one of our vehicles here in a storage facility in Rawlins, Wy after my wife passed. Two months later I took a plane flight to Laramie, Wy about 90 miles from Rawlins, Wy. Joey drove all the way to Laramie from Rawlins on the same day Interstate 80 was closed in the AM. due to bad weather and picked me up at the airport. He drove all the way back to Rawlins. Wy well into the evening with freezing temperatures below zero so that I could get my Vehicle out of storage. He even gave me a jump start to get me going. How can I ever repay Joey for all he's done for me and my family? This is how I feel and this is how I've been treated by the most wonderful people in the most devastating time in my life. Joey and his family including all who work for The Jacoby Funeral Home are the most caring and beautiful people that our world has to offer and I am so blessed that they were the ones to help me through everything needed in this most difficult loss in my life. When my wife passed, Joey, his wife, and staff went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. I was having trouble tracking down her phone, Joey found it and even met after hours to get it to me. The day of her services the entire staff did an amazing job and it was a beautiful service. I can not thank them enough for being so caring during a very difficult time.
