My mother was 96, an Alzheimer's victim, when she passed. Ron Konieczny II had her beauty shine through for her Wake, and the procession to the church and cemetery was as for royalty. With utmost respect for Mom's burial wishes, each detail was done with heartfelt care. Me, and my family, would recommend McAndrew's Funeral Home highly.

(Related to the Akron location but remains toward the director) If I could have 0 stars, I would. The flower link for the obituary website is messed up and when addressed with Ron (the director) his only response was “ya we’ve had issues with that I tell people not to use the link” after we have talked every night and not been informed. 9 people sent flowers which were rejected, again, when addressed with Ron, he passed the blame but called back to say everything was handled. Day of the wake, none of the flowers made it and Ron continued to pass the blame. When we called the flower company, they confirmed the funeral director, Ron, told them to send it to mass a few days later after he was informed repeatedly we wanted them at the wake. Now, again, the same people were told the order was rejected and they can’t bring them to mass. Flowers did not make it to the wake, there was about 50 cards for guest which ran out early and when we asked for more, none were received. I absolutely am devastated with the service received by this funeral home and would absolutely never recommend this for anyone. Not to mentioned, the original obituary he wrote to help, was horrible and weird and had to be re written by family. They are absolutely useless and just seeking money to do nothing.
