A couple years ago my mom started the preplanning process with H.E. Turner for when that time came. In April, we faced that time. My siblings and I met with Steve Johnson to complete all of the arrangements. He made everything so easy going and smooth. Exactly what you need in that time of need. Jim and Mary, Justin and Josh took beautiful care of our large family when my mother died. They listened carefully, accommodated us in every way. We came back to Batavia from several parts of the country, some of us tired from travel, all of us sad and stressed. The calling hours and the funeral brought large groups of people together (it was just a week before quarantine). Throughout it all the Smith family was kind, organized, calmly kept us on track. Now four months later I am even more grateful that we chose H E Turner & Co to help us through that week. I highly recommend their exceptional service to all.

Josh and Justin are amazing! Excellent and compassionate care even with all the changes that were requested, some at the last minute. My sister's service was perfect thanks to them!
