I assumed that a funeral director’s job is to actually direct, conduct the funeral arrangements from the home to the cemetery…and if someone wants a cremation then there’s no need for a burial…In one word:Greed, controlled the experience. I didn’t know if I could afford a full service and decided to get a cremation, so the burial wouldn’t be an issue. Somehow, the cemetery contacted me stating that I owed them $1,800 on the spot; they dug a hole(the most expensive kind); and I HAD to pay, now, or we couldn’t bury my grandma…she only needed a death date on her tombstone and the plot was paid for. I was livid and disappointed. I felt deceived: the director was reluctant to give me clarity about the costs until the very END of the ceremony (who does that?!). Mr. Kimble behaved like folks know exactly what goes on with a funeral:costs included…or he’s dragging his feet so he can rake up the money! Negligence is not his responsibility. The funeral director’s job is to sell good funeral services. The flower company sucked too…never do just flowers! All of it was done separately and leaning heavily on non communication issues that all fell on me in the end. The staff was pleasant and that was the best part of the whole experience.

Kimble has been our family and church family funeral director. He has been so caring and professional in all he does. He listens, explains in detail and provides guidance. We trusted our aunt/mom, uncle, baby niece and other family members to him and he and his team has allow delivered with style, class and care. Thank you Kimble!!!
