My husband passed 10/10/2020. Mrs. Waite and her staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic to all of my needs. They did exactly what needed to be done and even guided me when I was not sure of what to do. I would recommend Waite Funeral Home to anyone in need of their services. I had a few experiences with funeral homes and by far this was the best one that I have experienced. From Ms Helen Waite herself, down to every colleague I encountered provided A-1 services. I would highly recommend this business. Ms Helen drove my father’s body down south and made sure that the service was what my father would’ve wanted. I am forever grateful for everything that she and her colleagues have done for my family and I 🥹

I went to my friends funeral which was from 5 PM to 7 PM. I made it there by 6:30 PM due to so much traffic and water floods everywhere because it was raining so hard. When I got there there was two ladies waiting there already knocking on the door I called at least 10 times and no one answered the owner of the funeral home decided to close the facility early because it was slow and raining hard. As a professional if your business hours stated the viewing was from 5 PM to 7 PM they should’ve stood there instead of making their own decision and closing up at 6 PM and not letting anyone know. I felt very sad that I came an hour and 15min to not be able to say my final goodbye! Very disappointed 😔
