This is not a funeral home in any sense of the word. The name Integrity should be stricken from it's name and they need to be closed down. PLEASE if you have ANY issues and have already gone here, please contact the Division of Funeral, Cemetery & Consumer Services, ATTN Complaint Staff and let your concerns be known. Best for me to sum up my nightmare experience as unprofessional to the point that I had my loved one's body removed and taken to a reputable funeral home. At the time of her death, and my living out of state, I asked the policeman for a referral and he gave me three names close to the location of the deceased. I chose this place because of the name Integrity. It is such a misrepresentation of the definition of the word, I am sick just recalling the nightmare of events. And yes, I had justified complaints that the state was filing against this place. PLEASE there are other places where you can be rest assured your loved one will be taken care of and all will be handled professionally and with compassion and in a timely manner. The cremation process got drawn out to weeks, not a few days...IT WAS the MOST HORRIBLE experience of my life.

If I could leave zero stars I would . First of all my dads had blood all over him at the wake and funeral we Literally had to hid the blood so people wouldn’t see that was coming in to view him . He had white Chalk stuff in his head that could’ve Easily been cleaned up which they did the next day. The Service was okay I can’t complain about that part I’ll give it 3 stars although rushed if u ask me . The obituary was never found online . But it was in the paper . Now my brother also have a Service at this same place or whoever they claim was my brother idk but it Definitely didn’t look like my brother . That was a nightmare . I dnt even want to think about that . She claimed that’s was the best she could do because he was swollen and my dad’s body had a funny smell . I dnt know wat they use to Prepare the body or embalmed for services but that smell will Forever, be with me. It’s was Chemical. But I guess u get wat u pay for . If u are looking for cheap thrown together funeral I highly recommend this place. If not go Elsewhere.

Mrs Gloria is awesome. She laid my step dad to rest nicely. She was honest and caring. She made the process smooth for us and our mom. Everything was handled nice and she was always available to answer any questions at any time. She has good prices and the staff was very friendly.. From the beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Integrity to anyone. Gloria is so sweet.
