Disappointing. Between my husband and myself, we’ve had many loved ones here. I was needing some help with Irrevocable Beneficiary paperwork for my grandmother and her benefits. Whomever my husband spoke with said she’d have to cash in her policy and then prepay, leaving my grandmother without her life insurance policy. (Yes, she is still alive and competent). Not only is this piece disappointing, but the quoted price we received is about $600 more than where we ended up taking our business. Two stars because past experiences have been decent.
