I live out of state. At my time of need, I knew I could not be travelling to attend the services and internment of a family member. The thought of tackling the problems remotely were daunting. My funeral director, at IJ Morris, via the phone, text, and email, explained the process, and flawlessy arranged and implemented all the necessary steps to care for all of my family needs in a beautiful and dignified way.

They were so kind and considerate through my difficult. They understood I was overwhelmed and struggling to take care of the arrangements. With it also being a holiday weekend They were accommodating with getting everything taken care of. It was definitely a relief to be able to trust the care of my loved one with such respectful, understanding and thoughtful people.

I grew up across the street from IJ Morris. I have attended many funerals that they conducted. Nobody has ever said a bad thing about them. This was my first time using them myself and I am so glad I did. Even through the difficulties with the cemetery they assisted and took care of everything to resolve the problem.
