We've used this funeral home for multiple generations. They've always been amazing. A couple weeks ago, my grandmother passed and instead of calling to make an appointment to pick up her cremains. They texted a 90 year old man who hasn't even come to terms with his wife passing. I realize technology is technology but sometimes it's just not appropriate.

The funeral home may be great on doing the serves but my experience when a gentleman who picked up someone Dear to a lot of people was cold and seemed put out. We greatly appreciated he was able to come and pick up but needs to learn not show his discontent.

My friend suddenly lost her husband in January. The response of your staff, who came to her home, was beyond wonderful. What a kind, caring, sensitive interaction. You really made a difference on a morning that was quite a lot. Calming voice and words were so helpful. Thank you.
