Our experience with this business started off well. Staff, especially Kris, we're very gracious and kind. When our mother's remains were ready for us, we traveled down to pick them up. Truly felt "don't let the door hit you on the way out". They had no box for us to carry the urn out discretely and spoke to us like it's not a big deal (a Walmart bag was suggested to carry her out) Rest assured, when it's your loved one, it is a big deal. We do not recommend them, little compassion.

James and Kristal and their staff were courteous, compassionate, and professional in all their interactions with our family as they helped us navigate a difficult time. From the moment we called them, they were attentive and responsive to our every need. Although our parents had pre-planned for their funeral, James and Kristal were patient to answer all our questions. Our family is grateful for your care and kindness.
