If I could I would give them a zero star. They with a smile lied continually to me but also with a smile gave my loved ones ashes to someone else without proof. They still gave me the run around when I asked for answers. Then they kept telling me that no one was available or not there at the moment called back later and told they left for the day. My advice if you love your loved ones respect them enough to not let these people handle them when they gone.
