My experience with this funeral home was completely disappointing. My sister who passed away and my family deserved much better than what they received. It all started when our family got to the funeral home at 320 for a 4 o'clock viewing only to find the door to the funeral home locked. Most funerals the family is allowed to see there loved one at least an hour before the viewing, unfortunately that did not happen. Once we finally got inside the set up for the line to meet the family after people payed there respects was basically not set up properly. Upon looking inside the funeral home there was not a box of tissues, no cups for water and part of the ceiling looking like it was going to fall down and mold on another part. Halfway through the viewing no one attempted to even ask about pallbearers until my brother in law took it into his own hands. The day of the funeral was not much better. No car for the family or pallbearers and when the immediate family who had to use there own cars, they were some of the last cars in the procession. The most unorganized funeral I've been too in my 62 years. The excuse we got for having no vehicles was that they had two other funerals and they didn't realize how many people were going to the cemetery. I believe someone who suffered with an illness for 38 years deserved much better than what she received. If they couldn't accommodate us the way a funeral is supposed to be they should have told us they couldn't do it. Very disappointed.
