We want to express our deepest gratitude to Frank Regan, who was caring and accommodating to our family’s needs in handling my husband’s wake. From the time we contacted Frank, he set aside almost four hours to meet with my son, my sisters, and myself to plan the intricate details of Glenn’s viewing. Frank then took our requests and simplified the process painlessly for our family. Frank managed Glenn’s and our wishes gently and with great care. Frank and his staff were attentive to small details such as placing flowers, tissues, and providing water to anyone in need. The funeral home setting was warm and comforting for the hundreds of family and friends who gathered to console us and each other. The attention Frank provided for Glenn’s appearance was beyond our expectations as Glenn looked so much like himself at peace. Our final memory of Glenn could not be more perfect! We chose to have Glenn cremated and his remains to be with us at home. Within a week, Frank personally came to our home and delivered the marble urn containing Glenn’s ashes with utmost care.
