Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The employee went out of his way to provide excellent service to me in order to provide me with the family brochure for mailing to family that was not able to attend. I am extremely pleased with how he handled the situation and did this out of the goodness of his heart. I strongly recommend this location for your service needs, they treat you as one of their own. During one of the most difficult times for our family with the passing of my father-in-law. I could not imagine having to go through this without the staff of Howard-Carter Funeral Home. Cliff and the rest of the staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly caring. They were able to answer all our questions and lead us through this difficult times. It is very difficult to express how thankful we were to have Cliff Miller and the staff because nothing would justify how great they truly were. I am a firm believer RESULTS come from PEOPLE and GREAT RESULTS from GREAT PEOPLE and the Howard-Carter staff were GREAT.
